Ah, I was wrong.

The U.N. General Assembly where Carter Page had identified himself as "Male-1" (from the Podobny complaint) to a Russian govt official was the one from September 2015, not 2016.

2. In attempting to stimulate a kinetic attack by US forces, Iranian-backed elements have attacked oil tankers in the vicinity of the Strait of Hormuz and also shot down an unmanned RQ-4 Global Hawk Unmanned Aerial System (UAS).
3. A kinetic attack response by the US would serve two purposes for the mullahs: to unite Iranians after Iranian deaths due to an attack and also to divide the international coalition that supports the economic sanctions.
