If there indeed was a "late Spring 2016" meeting to discuss Carter Page, it looks like it would've been on April 27, 2016, according to internal NYFO emails:
Coincidentally, 4/27/2016 was the same day that Carter Page was traveling in the UAE....

Ah, I was wrong.

The U.N. General Assembly where Carter Page had identified himself as "Male-1" (from the Podobny complaint) to a Russian govt official was the one from September 2015, not 2016.
