So, 2020 could be a real bad year for our democracy. That's why I just wanted to take a moment to thank all you Jill Stein, Gary Johnson, "why bother to vote" & "Hillary & Trump are just the same" voters for fucking us over in 2016. You blew it. In an historic, devastating way.
And don't think I'm letting the Trump voters off the hook. They're the worst. But they chose this outcome. That's how democracy works. The rest of those folks should have known better. They tipped the scales toward the end of democracy as we knew it.
Also, there comes a point where we have to stop blaming the much better candidate...for "not campaigning enough." The issue in 2016 was, in the end, not Hillary's campaign strategy, it was the horribly bad judgement of voters. On the merits, vote should have been unanimous.
