In the public speaking world, we call that 'Stone Face.'

When you're nervous, the nerves in your face freeze up.

And you have a Deer In The Headlights look.

But what happens when time passes by from the embarrassing moment?

'The embarrassing moment turns into a funny story.'

Yep it does.

Picture a few stories that you normally share.

Look at the origins.

Most of your stories were from a low point in your life.

But you share it. Why?

'Because it's funny.'

Yep. So check out the concept.

The same event.

But the narratives changed.

And if you look closer....

So did the facial expressions.

Your facial expressions play a huge role in your reality.

They dictate your perception.

And influence others perceptions as well.
