The goal is to be rich, not to look rich. One thing I have noticed about social media is that most people don't want to accept that they are broke. Being broke is not a curse as long as you are hustling to change your financial situation
Here, broke people do their best to show the world that they're rich. There are people who spend money they don't really have just to convince strangers that they are living the champagne life. It's stupid to put yourself underpressure just to prove to people that you have money
Black people measure their self-worth based on what they HAVE, not on who they ARE. In black circles you will always hear them arguing about what they have or what they've bought. This mentality is killing the black people
Black people buy things because they are available, not because they need them. E.g there's nothing wrong with an Iphone 6/P8 but black people will swap it for an IPhoneX/P30 because of status. We buy things because they are available, not because we need them
Blacks have low self-esteem. Just listen to our rap music for example, it's "I bought this". Black rappers spend more money on cars than all the billionaires in the world. Sadly these rappers don't own a thing, a disagreement with the record label & back to default settings
Research shows that no race on the planet has made more money for Gucci, LV, APPLE etc than black people. Basically black people spend billions every year on trying to boost their self-worth & on trying to look rich. We need to stop spending money just to impress other people
You can't use material things to measure your self-worth. That is a poverty mentality. Stop buying things just because they are available, buy because you need them. Respect money, respect yourself. Love money but love yourself more
Instead of impressing people, try expressing yourself. At least, those who will like you will like you for who you really are, not for who you pretend to be. Besides, it takes so much effort to pretend to be what you are not. But being yourself is so relaxing. 💯💯✌🏾
