Despite of several press release the GST implemented wef July 2017..
All stakeholders, Govt Official, GSTIN, businessmen and professionals were not ready.
This was a collective negligence, Govt failed to assess unpreparedness. 1/n

Unpreparedness of all stakeholders Triggers several changes Like revision of form GSTR-1/2/3, withdrawal of RCM and many more.
All these steps shows that how Govt and another stakeholders were unprepared. 2/n

The alteration in GST have changed it original scheme of GST compliances changed GST into something else, even professionals felt very difficult to track the changes. 3/n

Whatever changes brought by Govt. was not properly assessed and consulted with Industry and professionals.

Govt. have received late fees in crores and thereafter waive late fees, which has put the compliant Taxpayers in adverse position. Honest taxpayer had to be rewarded with some tax rebate or rewards but govt failed...

The Govt. has implemented 20% and 10% rule, cancelled registration, barred from generating Ewaybill...
Govt is failed to discriminate between tax evaders and non-complient taxpayers.

Govt is encouraging for new registration, but not doing justice with existing registered taxpayers. The existing taxpayers are frustrated with amendments, changes and faulty GSTN, they did not cope up with the dynamics of GST.

The faulty GSTN wasted so many qualitative hours of most productive people of India.
The facebook/Twitter and other portals are working and ready to take all challenges from market and providing best services but GSTN failed to provide such portal.

Most of the common people is failed to understand whose faults to manage GSTN portal. Most of them are abusing Central Govt.
But actually it was fault of GST Council, which is a body with state and central Finance Ministers.
No body knows how this council is working..9/n

People have rights to watch the proceedings of GST Council, they are entitled to know how all matters passed unanimously, why non BJP State’s FM are supporting With BJP..

It is very strange that no finance minister of non-BJP ruled state are not raising voice, if it is not done by BJP’s FM.

Whether the matter of relaxation in late fees discussed or not.
Why the Govt are not making a separate fund out of late fees collected and utilise them for improving GSTN.

Govt. from time to time pardoned several terrorists and given chance for their integration with main stream of society, can’t govt give chance to taxpayers by waiving late fees to integrate them with main stream of taxpayer

If Farmers are ann daata, taxpayers are Dhann Daata, govt is waiving farmer’s loan out of tax paid by taxpayers, can’t taxpayers are entitled to waiver of late fees, here we are only talking about late fees not tax. 14/n
