As many of you have heard or seen Puerto Rico has suffered another blow. Beginning this December 28, the island endured 5.0 earthquake that shook the entire island. And since then the island has endured more than 1300 earthquakes. The strongest a 6.4 occurred only a few days ago.

To make matters worst, Puerto Rico has not fully recovered from Hurricanes Irma & Maria. It has been almost 2 1/2 years, and the island is still waiting for Congressionally approved disaster aid which this administration has refuse to provide. To this day, many are still living

with blue tarps on the roofs of their homes.

The earthquakes are making a lot of the homes unsafe & many residents are sleeping in cars or in make shift tent cities. And once again, this administration has done very little to respond to the growing humanitarian crisis currently

developing in Puerto Rico.

The Puerto Rican Diaspora & its allies are once again mobilizing to help respond to this crisis. Because many are literally living in tent cities, there is a dire need for emergency survival back packs. These back packs include essential items that

will assist residents living in these conditions. Right now Puerto Rico needs all the help it can get.
