I am fucking livid right now! The only thing that @ewarren and her campaign have managed to do is guarantee that I will never vote for her. Using feminism as a weapon to lie to smear your friend and fellow candidate to win an election is antithetical to the tenants of feminism!
This is a reflection on who Elizabeth Warren is as a human being and it is UGLY. Just as I have always suspected, she has no scruples and will do whatever it takes to benefit herself, not the American people. I can't think of an uglier attack. So much for progressives uniting.
The last few days have been so disheartening, on so many levels! Mostly because my very honorable friends who support Elizabeth Warren seem to be incapable of seeing this for what it is. If the opposite happened, I would be able to see it as a hail Mary and a lack of integrity...
...on my candidate's behalf. Why are intelligent people so blind to the truth? It's fucking tribalistic bullshit and I am horrified. We deserve whatever we get. Truly. People are malleable buffoons. Do better, America.
@fshakir @BernieSanders @ninaturner Bernie needs to press Elizabeth to set the record straight at the debate. Yes or no, did I say that? Answer the question. He needs to be strong and direct and get his ducks in a row because they are all going to be gunning for him tomorrow.
@fshakir @BernieSanders @ninaturner "Friendship 2020" is a little catch phrase that all the staffers and volunteers from the different campaigns use towards one another and it was REAL. I have met some AMAZING people from every campaign. It is too bad Elizabeth isn't as virtuous. Shameless, horrible, revolting!
@fshakir @BernieSanders @ninaturner You want to know the part that kills me the most? Bernie NEVER attacks her. Bernie ALWAYS speaks glowingly about their friendship. He genuinely likes and admires her. She watched what happened to him in 2016. Remember the look on his face at the convention? It broke my heart.
On a human level, it broke my heart. Liz watched it and knew what happened to him. Now her campaign is throwing him right under the bus and trying to crush him as she rises to the top by lying about his character. THAT is why I am so stabby today. THAT is why I am livid!!
This just in. Liz is doubling down on the bold faced lie. I hope Bernie takes her out in tomorrow's debate. She deserves to be eviscerated.
