Person, who opened fire in Erebuni Plaza today, #Yerevan, hands off the rifle, with no handcuffs invited to a luxurious car and taken supposedly into custody.
This is head of Student Council of Yerevan State University, handcuffed, taken to Police on Dec24 not even as a suspect, but as a witness. Guy appeared not to be even aware of the case and was released couple of hours afterwards. 
And this is Artur Danielyan, leader of Adekvad opposition group, taken to Police for mirroring call for violence by a pro-regime supporter, but addressing it this time to PM, handcuffed on June 10, then released.
