Its not about how many task you begin, but how many you finish from beginning to END
Condition your behavior that way
Finishing a small task is better than leaving 10 big tasks opened
Close loops & watch the confidence radiate like FIRE
☆Closed loop thoughts = Confidence
Understand this principle & your life will change...
'Um... like a lot of what if situations.'
What are what if situations?
'Uh...idk.'
Let me explain
1. Past situation
2. Future situation
1 influences 2.
A lot of moments that you haven't made peace with
You go thru experiences, but never learn from them
Pain + introspection = Wisdom & hope
So its turning your naturally wild mind, into a beast that is difficult to tame.
You learn via introspection.
'How come more people don't introspect if that's what will build confidence?'
Plenty of reasons:
☆They don't wanna go thru short term pain for long term results.
☆Introspection requires conscious effort.
☆Low awareness etc.
That's why people who were raised in the school of hard knocks typically rise up no matter which environment
They learned HOW to think
They can adapt
☆You are the product of your nervous system & past experiences...for now.
The nervous system is what processes data from the outside world to design your perceptions for you.
The past creates conditions & rules for the nervous system.
Unless you do something about it...
'What do I do about it??'
You control the present to hack the system
Controlling the mind is very difficult.
People think learning to meditate is easy, but it isn't.
Most people who start, quit.
You take action.
Teach your intangible mind to close loops by closing loops in the tangible world.
This is where Task Completion beats Task Creation
You'll want to:
Learn to diet
Pick up meditation
Start a blog
Socialize with everyone
Pick up a hobby
You're creating a lot of tasks.
But ask yourself If you're completing it?
Condition your mind one rep at a time.
And when you are beginning a task, that is ALL that exists.
Finish it from beginning to end.
1. Keyword research.
2. Content creation.
3. Editing.
4. Add pictures.
5. Add links.
6. SEO optimize.
7. Publish.
Do steps 1-7 without any interruption.
'No phone or responding back to emails?'
Correct.
Don't start a blog & leave it on draft.
Task completion is a form of meditation.
And it allows you to rewire your perception
You'll realize most of the game comes down to not checking your phone when you're about to hit flow.
It's no coincidence that anxiety is on the rise once smartphones went on the rise.
When you have momentum behind a task, KEEP it.
Micro moments of momentum leads spills over to all parts of your life.
There will be times that you take an L & get distracted.
All good
Make yourself aware & do better next time
It remembers how many times you rose back up. As cliche as it sounds.
Getting back up requires conscious effort. A lot of feelings...
And those feelings play a big role in your future
Whether you're aware or not
But nah.
The PRINCIPLE is what matters.
You're reconditioning new rules for your nervous system.
But set the intention to close loops.
Beginning to end champ.
☆its easier to take action into a new form of thinking rather than thinking your way to a new form of thinking
The self image will rewire.
And confidence will be in your present & future.
