1/6 Attached are excerpts from an Oct 2016 WSJ article reporting that the Obama DOJ repeatedly kept choking off FOUR existing investigations into the @ClintonFdn. DOJ told the FBI not to use any real investigative tools such as grand juries and subpoenas. Read the scrren grabs: 
2/6 In the article, the FBI in general and Andrew McCabe specifically, come across as justice worriers in the face of interference from the Obama DOJ. It turned out that McCabe was a source for the story but he lied about it THEEE TIMES to the IG and then he lied about lying!
3/6 Basically, there was merit for the IG to investigate those unauthorized leaks and there was an underlying story here too. Namely, DOJ interference (which the IG did not investigate by the way). Over at Roger Stone, Congress interviewed him about a legal act: With whom and
4/6 when did he communicate about getting info that Wikileaks said it will release. That's it. No hacking. No collusion. Just an operative trying to get an early read on a pending story. Journalists do it daily. The last day or so, the press is highlighting how McCabe, his
5/6 attorney @mrbromwich and McCabe's former staffer @NatSecLisa are lamenting the "interference" of the Barr DOJ. What is the "interference"? Easing off a harsh sentence which is mostly based on lying to Congress about a legal act on a story that was a known Dem-funded hoax.
6/6 Meanwhile, the political press has gone wild last year when it was suggested that McCabe may be charged. Moreover, those actors are giving McCabe TV appearances to push for for IG action on Barr but they R not pushing for answers on the interference that led to McCabe's lies!
UPDATE: DOJ informs McCabe that it will not pursue criminal charges against him. IN THE SAME WEEK that the Barr DOJ says that incarceration is warranted in the Stone case (this is what the revised memo says), the DOJ gives McCabe a pass. SEE THE 6 TWEETS ABOVE👆🏼
UPDATE II: The judge gagged Stone for the SAME reason that McCabe was endlessly on TV the last half year. Namely, the more you can yell/scream, the lesser the chance of the justice system crushing you. Judge knew that Stone speaking will be a mess so she crushed his FA rights!
