In the 1940 Census, Harrison J Bounel was found in the Bronx, NY. According to that census, born in 1890, he would have been 50 years old in 1940, -120 years old in 2012! Surely we'd have heard about His Birthday! HOW did Barack Obama get an identical SSN as Bounel?

Stands for Illinois Attorney Registration And Disciplinary Committee. It's the official arm of lawyer discipline in Illinois; and they are very strict. (Talk about irony) Even I, at the advanced age of almost 65, maintain (at the cost of approximately $600/year) my law license.
1. President Barack Obama, former editor of the Harvard Law Review, is no longer a "lawyer". He surrendered his license back in 2008 in order to escape charges he lied on his bar application.

Here's how it works (as a former editor of the Harvard Law Review): at the end of the 1st year, the top 30 or so students are selected (both by grades and by a writing competition) for the Law Review. This selection is, clearly, an academic distinction.
In their 2nd year, Review members perform subordinate editing and research functions under direction of the 3rd year. At the end of their 2nd year, looking toward assumption of overall responsibility in their 3rd year, 2nd year Review members meet to select a President.
