Ingrid called us after her “TRUMP 2020” sign was ordered down just 3 days after it went up.
She shared emails showing the HOA policy does not limit political signs — it limits ALL signs.

“It’s selective enforcement,” Grass said to me. “It’s someone’s biased choice to enforce it on that (Trump sign), but not any of the other signs."
By phone, the manager for Park Place Homeowner’s Association denied the enforcement was biased. He drives thru every 2 weeks to enforce violations he sees.
Enforcements also come via complaint, but the manager would not reveal if a complaint was made for the TRUMP 2020 sign.

The manager did not say whether other signs are considered non-violating, only that “all signs are a violation of the bylaws.”
