I’ve been intermittent fasting since then,I only eat after 12 and I don’t eat after 6pm.
I try to drink 2l of water every day.
Sometimes I snack on some popcorn if I’m hungry hungry that day or carrots with cottage cheese.
I also did the 13 day metabolism diet in February once I was disciplined enough.
Lastly,Chloe Ting on Youtube exercise videos are your best friend.
