Idiolect is the speech and writing patterns of a person

It's your biggest tool in gathering someone's psychological profile

You must learn to discard what they're trying to say.

Anyone can say anything.

Their idiolect is the giveaway.

This isn't just free game.
For eg. when a man calls a woman a female as opposed to a woman, you immediately know that's a man who holds women in low regard.

A man who calls women hoes and bitches isn't a high value man.

Recall my post on the 3 caliber of men.
People write and speak from their mental vantage point. All tells.

Certain word usage is typical to demographics, city, state or country.

Others may be occupational lingo.

Masked in a person's writing style will be insecurities, weaknesses, strength and disguised truths.

Men fall into 3 categories:

High caliber, Lower caliber and low caliber

Your high caliber man is usually highly educated, highly credentialed, owns a legitimate business with hundreds of employees and makes an impact on the world.
Your lower caliber men might have acquired money and resources through sports, music or some other entertainment fields and might even hold an undergraduate degree.

He's usually decorated in tattoos but invariably sees the world from a different vantage point from the former.
Then there's the low caliber.

He hasn't acquired resources and hasn't found his sense of masculinity.

He was dealt a harsh hand in life but harbors the hope of moving up the tiers by any means necessary.

With good mentorship and ambition, he tries to.

Filia was a VERY spirited and sensitive little girl.  As a toddler she was bold and physical.  Like me, her face telegraphed everything. Her words described a very precocious sense of her own autonomy.  She needed more intentional lessons in her preschool years on managing

emotions and impulsivity than her brother had.  By the time she started school, though, she was really good at interacting harmoniously with teachers and with students.  The first several elementary teachers all had very praiseworthy descriptions of her as a good student

1/ It’s simple to note: One has to subtract before adding. Give up what’s bad, before thinking about adding what’s good. True for habits, food, news and everything else.

We’re consuming:
- More info/news/entertainment
- More food
- More social networking
- More things to-do/work...

…than prior generations. It’s making us lazy and critically, disengaged.
#life 3/ It’s unclear what the signal to noise ratio is - it’s a function of one’s own consumption habits.

And separately, we’re prone to setting additional goals too:
- Read good books
- Eat a healthy diet
- Have fewer but better friends
- Work smart
