The billionaire lays out exactly what we in the transparency community have been saying for years: It's remarkably easy to bribe officials in secret if you use a 501(c)(4) that can receive unlimited, corporate contributions that don't have to be disclosed to the public.
This is is not a new phenomenon, folks. You rarely get a video like this, but the past decade has seen a string of cases where candidates and campaigns have been caught directing donors to dark money groups that serve as extensions of their campaigns.

Trump’s decision not to divest from his businesses allowed him to bring in $434 million in personal revenue in 2018, and the Secret Service has spent at least as much taxpayer money at his resorts as he has donated in salary.

On the other hand, he gave $100k to HHS.

Future presidents should tweet pictures of their paychecks and say, "Hey I'm keeping this because I'm not drawing hundreds of millions in personal revenue from private resorts that special interests are using to curry favor with my administration while personally enriching me"
