- Add salt, cumin, chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala to taste (I usually do a tbsp of each)
- When the spices are aromatic, add a can of chopped toms (or 3 diced fresh ones)
- Let the sauce simmer till smooth
- Simmer everything till cooked through (I usually mush the sweet potato a bit) serve with rice/naan and coriander👌🏽
