Punjabi Afghani Chicken Karahi Recipe (By me)

Step 1:

Take chopped onions, Garlic pieces, Ginger pieces, a little yogurt, one big green chilies, one or two pieces of Olives, three to four pieces of cashew nuts, two almonds then use grinder to make a thick paste like the pic below. Keep it aside. >>
2. Take some yogurt and add Salt, Red chilli powder, Red chilli crushed, Garam masala, Ginger powder, one pinch of tikka masala, i table spoon qasoori methi and mix that well with yogurt n keep aside

(Spices can be managed as per ur liking) >>
0. Chicken should have been placed in Fridge after adding one lemon juice and some mintt leaves along with some salt ..... mix it well before keeping it in fridge for atleast half an hour .... >>
3. Take Oil in a karahi and place the chicken pieces one by one in the karahi to fry them until they become brownish ....>>
4. Then add some large pieces of tomatoes inside .... to fry it till the tomato juices are fully out and then one by one take out the tomato peels and throw em away .... >>
5. Then add the paste made at Step 1 (Including giger and garlic cloves etc) and start frying at medium flame .... fry it till the masala gets well cooked and start smelling like heavens :P .. >>
6. Now add the paste of spices made at step 2, in it and mix + cook well ..... on medium flame ......>>
7. When it start looking like this a bit ... then cover it and let it cook for another 5 minutes (Covered) ....

(You can add butter, cheese, or olives as per your taste at this stage when covering)
8. Now its ready to be served !!! Enjoy .....
