Recipe. Cheap and cheerful.
1. Chop half a cauliflower, two small potatoes, one carrot, and a quarter of a cabbage.
2. Put it to boil till al dente.
3. Chop up two tomatoes, two small onions, 3 cloves of garlic, a few slivers of garlic, 1 deseeded green chilli and stir fry in a tablespoon of olive oil until soft. Add half a teaspoon each of salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder, turmeric half way through.
4. Drain the boiled veg, and add it to the fried mix with another tablespoon of olive oil. Cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, gently stirring all the while.
5. Serve with yoghurt and chapati or roti.
