Huh, 27 of 30 University of Maryland Medical System board members were also vendors of the system taking cash from their own decisions. Can't wait to read the indictments... @UofMaryland is this corruption acceptable? #ButNothingsHappening
Companies directly affiliated with UMMS board members received $115M in contracts as vendors to the system.

Baltimore Sun has revealed they essentially kept 2 sets of books. Wonder which set KPMG were auditing?

These cases have been slowly unwinding the fraud for several years. Most of the board members cut & ran as soon as the stories broke!
University of Maryland Medical System was one of the prime buyers of Mayor Pugh's books. Books that were never delivered, just resold again & again to different organizations.

.@KirstenPowers displays her complete ignorance of federalism and all that entails. Not surprising Democrats have run most large urban centers for years and that includes Baltimore. It's the job of the State of Maryland and in turn the City of Baltimore to fix their problems.
The last three Mayors of Baltimore have been forced from office in scandal. All Democrats. A republican has held and office there since the 1930's when Baltimore was one of the richest cities in the US. You pundits should have paid attention in school. @realDonaldTrump is correct
