So the most notable issue out of the No10 briefing seems to be that people cannot refuse bosses’ instruction to come into work if

A) they and their household are well

B) they cannot do their job from home (eg manufacturing and construction)

Even if they want to stay at home...
Matt Hancock in the Commons: “Where people absolutely cannot work from home, they can still go to work. Indeed it’s important they do to keep the country running.”
Labour is saying only key workers should go to work.

(Government saying anyone well who absolutely cannot work from home should go to work. This is particularly about construction and manufacturing industries)
