There is an ironic contradiction about #Elon’s Twitter report system that explains itself into a loop. Where reporting small accounts for #transphobia results in suspensions but reporting #/AndyNgo & #/LoTT for the same yields no results. Why this intentionality?
As what was exposed in #Elons #TwitterFiles leaks, #/LoTT received special considerations for their reports. An arrangement was made to not act on these reports before first speaking with members of the Board. This played a crucial role in #/LoTT success & growth.
It is not an accident that Queer community members have the “power” to object nebulous transphobes online while leading mouthpieces of the transphobe movement receive protection from #TwitterInc.

The trans woman who is fostering this cat is now also willing to talk to media about this situation.

Starting to look at the governments #ConversionTherapy documents. I wonder what the @BACP, @UKCP_Updates @BPSOfficial @BPSSexualities @BritPsyCouncil @ncs_counselling @PinkTherapyUK all think about the highlighted section here? I especially wonder what the #MoU2 think.
I also want to point out that there is a brag about us being in the @ILGAEurope top 10.

Why do all therapists need to know how to talk respectfully about sexuality and gender identity? I was interviewed for a podcast for the first time and was asked this question, but I found myself tripping over my words! So here goes #TherapistsConnect 1/
Firstly, #therapy research shows that #LGBTQ plus and other Gender, Sex and Relationship Diverse (GSRD) people tend to self-censor in therapy and assume that talking about sexuality and gender identity is "off limits". Why is this? 2/
Well, #LGBTQ plus people grow up surrounded by #homophobia, #biphobia and #transphobia (yes, it still exists folks, both in the UK and in other contexts). Most of us internalise it to some extent, and many learn to protect ourselves by staying quiet about "being different". 3/
Australian sex buyers are having a normal one, casually discussing the mass sexual exploitation of Asian women and poor foreign students, as well as how to get away with raping children. All on legal websites. But hey, "customers" like any other - right? internationalsexguide.nl/forum/showthre…
Also, sex buyers looooove what the #sexwork movement is doing. If they're loving you, you're not in the business of putting power into the hands of the seller. You can bet on that. Deregulation which is the current trend down under mostly benefits buyers & pimps and they know it.
Amazing that being pro #prostitution is cast as the anti-racist position when sex buyers are out there talking like this 👇 Women are not cuisines. And, duh, sex buyers know the women wouldn't touch them if they didn't desperately need money. Sex buying is classist violence too.

This will seem like a very odd decision for anyone familiar with LGB Alliance's social media profile. Taking a first glance at @ChtyCommission's reasoning here's what strikes me as key. Others may have more insight...
Firstly, it seems that much of LGB Alliance's historic social media output runs directly contrary to some their started charitable aims, notably the fact that they spend a lot of time denying and denigrating #bisexuality. Thread: .
This ought to have been a red flag for the @ChtyCommission as in section 41, they specifically commented on whether or not the LGB Alliance was a "sham" and, in section 42, concluded that there was "no evidence".

I took the day off yesterday. Today I learned that one of our #AsylumSeekers clients, a #translatina from El Salvador, was stabbed 14 times and nearly killed in an act of hate. My staff didn't tell me until today, because they knew I needed a day off. This is the job.
Hatred towards #immigrants and #transphobia, legitimized by our government leaders, makes the US a place where often times #AsylumSeekers don't find the safety they seek and desperately need.
If you're a black, LGBTQ, or Latinx immigrant, often times you experience racism, hatred, and violence in the US. The govt lies, calling you rapists and murderers, and making others believe your life matters less. That you can then be killed with impunity.

The impact is huge and diverse! People living with PCOS find it challenging to navigate through the bias that distorts research, diagnosis, and treatment. According to research, PCOS is fast becoming a modern epidemic, especially in Asia.
So what is it? PCOS is a common endocrine disorder that affects people with ovaries, with 20-25% womxn in India and around 1 in 10 womxn worldwide affected by it.
