I am going to keep digging but why dont journalist report on the hospital closures in New York that cuomo didnt fix? In fact he likely helped expand the problem by expanding Medicaid.

This is a damnable lie. The Taliban 100% chose this conflict with the U.S. No one forced the Taliban to invite al Qaeda to establish its base of operations in Afghanistan in exchange for Saudi cash
But what is the Times's excuse for printing his lies? Is this not the same U.S. newspaper that has been sounding the alarm nonstop since the 2016 presidential election about the dangers of disinformation online?

#NEW: Six new laws take effect in New York starting today:

*bail law enables individuals charged with misdemeanor & nonviolent felonies to avoid posting bail money in order to be freed while awaiting trial
*another law gives farm-workers the right to organize, collect overtime if they work more than 60 hours a week, & get a day off

*a minimum wage law raises pay to $15 an hour for all workers in New York City
*another new law will enable adoptees to obtain a certified birth certificate starting Jan. 15

*individuals 16 years or older are now allowed to preregister to vote

First, most #MedicareForAll proponents describe a health care program that looks a lot closer to Medicaid than it does to Medicare, in terms of benefits & cost-sharing.
This Vox piece from @singlepayertom and @_Middleman says #MedicareForAll should mean zero cost-sharing. Medicare doesn't work that way - Medicaid does. vox.com/the-big-idea/2…
