..Mid-2012 was a tumultuous period for Madison Avenue Diamonds LLC dba ITFJ. In anticipation of firing their main supplier, KGK Jewelry, Moshe & one of his business associates, Baruch Rosemnfeld, filed a fraudulent UCC filing, claiming ITFJ had borrowed $1.5 million....
...from Congregation Bais Yehudah, located at the address of Baruch Rosenfeld's father Judah. Ownership of the lien was later transferred to one of Rosenfeld's companies. The reason Moshe arranged for Rosenfeld to file the UCC financing statement was to stymie any attempt....
...by KGK Jewelry to collect the $2.4 million Ivanka & Moshe were poised to stiff the company out of. As part of the termination agreement bet ITFJ & KGK, KGK was required to return computer files containing ITFJ jewelry designs by a specified date......
..which KGK did but Moshe & Ivanka pretended they couldn't open the files so KGK resubmitted them in a different format one day after the due date. Moshe & Ivanka seized on the one day past due as a reason not to pay KGK the $2.4 million it was owed.....
...In fact, Moshe & Ivanka filed a lawsuit against KGK in NYS Supreme Court on that basis. To make a long story short, KGK prevailed & the court ordered ITFJ to pay $3 million to KGK which IFTJ claimed it didn't have. When KGK tried to enforce a guarantee by Moshe's wife.....
..Shaindy aka Chana Weisz, the court ordered Shaindy to produce her recent tax returns which it turned out, she hadn't filed for several years. KGK eventually gave up trying to collect on the then $3 million judgement. Bit of trivia - KGK later opened a mfg facility in Russia...
