-Discount brokers most face technical problems when volatility kicks in . Although they charge the least but can destroy your wealth if you use BO/CO

-Harshad Mehta was a clever person but a scapegoat. He was convicted for crimes which he never even did

-Some brokers play with your idle money
-Due to technical glitches of broker if you lose money, broker is not legally bound to pay you or compensate
-Promoters of several small scale firms even till date, fudge balance sheets and conspire with operators in pump and dump schemes

-No matter how safe a stock may sound, there is always a risk involved in any stock that you invest. So, don’t blindly believe someone who says that you will get guaranteed returns; do your own research first
