For weeks, people say they’ve been locked out and hung up on trying to apply for unemployment benefits in Florida. Then THIS.

State says it’s hiring call center staff and upgrading the system...

We’ve been inundated with emails like this, people describing ending filing failures related to Florida’s unemployment system. We’ve been pressing FL agency in charge re what they’re doing NOW:

NEW: Moments ago, agency in charge of Florida's unemployment system says they're waiving requirement to wait a week to apply for benefits.

But people are pressing for checks NOW as they face series of tech glitches and delays.

FL Dept of Economic Opportunity says 329K+ people applied for unemployment. Not counted are the countless who have been TRYING to no avail...

State is racing/struggling to create a system that can keep up with demand glitch-free.

But, that's harsh for countless Floridians uncertain and anxious about financial health and future. How will they pay the bills? This safety net they paid into isn't there for them right now
Compound bills, rent, etc. Some now telling me their employers will keep up their health insurance, BUT send them a bill to pay their share of health insurance cost. More bills to pay with money they don't have.

The day is Sunday. Well, just about. Seven minutes until midnight, if we're going with specifics.

Jeongguk’s half asleep, droopy eyes skimming through his essay, neck lolling, giving in to the threat of nodding off, then snapping back up into focus just as abruptly. With a jolt.
At one point, his entire face ends up shoved close to his laptop screen when it's time to make sure every footnote adds up.

He doesn’t want to make any small, stupid mistakes. He doesn't want to seem /dumb/. Look careless.

Never in his life has he been in this position before.
Surrounded by printed out sheets, highlighters. Books.

Sweating palms and fingers that slip multiple times across the mouse pad, because, so close to the end, the tired part of him just wants to be done with it then and there, whilst something at the back of his mind refuses.

There is nothing more he wants, than to sit with Taehyung for the remainder of his day.

It’s been a while since he’s felt this light, this at ease. Body almost ready to float away with how burden-less his shoulders feel.

He’s surprised he hasn’t run out of snorting giggles,
surprised his cheeks haven’t fallen off from how they positively ache from all the goofy smiling.

Sharpie on his left asscheek. His mouth swollen from the kissing they’ve done. Taehyung’s jacket still on him.

He’s happy with it all.

That’s what he’d been told, face pressed into the surface of the guy’s desk, doing his best to Not Freak Out over the fact that Taehyung had a hand, on his bare ass, crouched before it and face-level, whilst he scribbled something down quickly, all the while making offhanded

Tl;dr - The same tracking code pops up in the new website for Fisher Sand & Gravel.

3/ E.g. the same Code was used to track visitors to Qatar Crisis News, an anonymous website dedicated to painting Qatar in a negative light:

I've read book after book about this war, volumes upon volume of poetry-- Sassoon, Owen, Graves; looked at one monument after another, one endless list of names in a tiny village after the next, crammed down information about this war for final exams,
heard lecture after lecture about it, but I can't ever remember before having nightmares about it. Last night I had the most awful nightmares. I still feel the way one does after having nightmares--11:13 a.m., but I can't shake the horror.
