She also said of late,data collection has been better, but lots of people with symptoms not tested. Doctors in other parts of the country had similar accounts, but they didn't want to comment on the record. They all said community transmission was a reality.#India #COVID

#India not alone in this. Earlier this wk, UK's natl stats office released new numbers that show a significant spike from govt numbers until then.'Older people being 'airbrushed' out of virus figures' say some. China, Russia accused of underreporting too.

Even as of 2 days ago #India’s health minister insists no community transmission. Watch at 2:15 in this video. Every doctor I have spoken to says community transmission started weeks ago and testing strategies needed to have been revised earlier #Covid_19
