⚠️Good news! New #coronavirus cases per day in the US *have peaked*.

Lockdowns and #PhysicalDistancing have finally paid off.

If we let our foot off the brake too soon, #COVID19 cases will explode again, yet @realDonaldTrump keeps pushing to reopen WITHOUT sufficient testing.🤬

While new #coronavirus cases per day appear to have peaked, our cumulative total number of cases has soared past 675,000, exceeding all other nations (#China NOT accurate).

Even worse, we have *MASSIVELY undercounted* due Trump's FAILURE to roll out adequate #COVID19 testing.🤬

Now that new #coronavirus cases per day have finally peaked, the daily #COVID19 death toll is starting to flatten.

But ~2,000 American lives are still being lost each day.😰

If we reopen too early, MORE lives will be lost.

Total reported #COVID19 deaths in the US are now >34,500, far higher than #Spain or #Italy. No one knows how many deaths #China had.

Our *actual death toll* is higher: MANY #coronavirus deaths were not recorded, because Trump *still* has NOT ramped up testing.🤬

Sadly, we will see similar trends as #Spain (Madrid/Catalonia) and #Italy (Lombardy). Our daily death toll will remain high weeks after new #coronavirus cases have fallen.😰

Total #COVID19 deaths in #NY have now passed #Italy. Deaths in NJ and MI also continue to rise, along with LA, CA, and FL.

Even though new #coronavirus cases/day have flattened, deaths will continue to rise for weeks.

And our *actual* death toll is even higher than reported.😰
