The judge, who's worried Christian will have another outburst, is asking staff if there's a way to set up a sort of video conference, where Christian can remain in another courtroom. Everyone agrees he'd need to be able to see the speaker, and they'd need to be able to see him.

Asha started with an incredibly sad detail. The food Taliesin was holding on that MAX train (up until moments before he was stabbed) wasn't for him. She said it was for a "homeless boy" who used to wait for Taliesin to get off the train after work.

Micah Fletcher, the lone survivor of the deadly MAX stabbings in May, 2017, is preparing to speak now.
Micah Fletcher starts by saying, after the MAX stabbings, he ironically was able to sleep steadily (has always had trouble). But sleep came with nightmares. Many of him being trapped in a metal tube that was "...slowly filling up with blood, and I was drowning in it."
Fletcher explained how trauma has affected his life. First nightmares. Then drinking/drugs (now in recovery). He told a story about seeing his gf use a knife to butter toast. Her hand randomly came toward her face. His hand grabbed it "seemingly as if it had a mind of its own"
Gut-wrenching moment.
To the families of those hurt, terrorized & killed by Christian, Micah Fletcher apologized. He wanted to be there more for them in the aftermath to "hold your hand" & hear about their loved ones.

#BREAKING: Jeremy Christian, the man responsible for the deadly MAX stabbings of May, 2017, has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. This is just for one count of first-degree murder (Christian was convicted of two counts)
