Let's start w/ fact that @SecPompeo sent letter to @UN w/o first notifying @WHO or Congress. They weren't informed until a day later. No press briefing or media scrutiny. This lack of transparency & accountability is exactly the unfounded charge @POTUS made against @tedros.

US entered WHO under Joint Congressional resolution. @POTUS can't w/draw w/o consent of Congress. US also owes all past & current @WHO dues through July 2021.

US can't w/draw from @WHO until 6 July 2021. By that time there will be a Presidential election. @JoeBiden Campaign has told me they would reverse decision. @JoeBiden is a globalist, institutionalist & understands WHO is vital to US national interests. That's why election matters

USA w/drawal from @WHO is unethical. US owes a duty to keep people safe. WHO is vital b/c an outbreak anywhere could rapidly spread to US. We also owe duty to our fellow citizens worldwide. We owe a duty to other nations, while they have reciprocal duties. We're in this together.
