3. after my #FOIA lawyers @estelledehon @suigenerisjen and I won our #FOIA case against #ScotlandYard (@metpoliceuk),#ScotlandYard used #nationalSecurity exemptions to fight my #FOIA,when we tried to appeal, they tried to block my appeal because I am Italian
4. I have been fighting my #FOIA battle since 2015:my lawyers @estelledehon @suigenerisjen and I already appeared before the UK Tribunals 3 times, and now the UK authorities want to block my appeal. It's all about @wikileaks:it's unbelievable how they want to stop this case
5. I've been fighting this #FOIA litigation since 2015: 5 years,7 lawyers,around 20,000 euros in legal fees to get just a thousand pages, when in fact UK, US, Swedish,Australian authorities have tens of thousands pages which they are hiding. Why?
6. if the UK authorities succeed in stopping my #FOIA on #SarahHarrison,@khrafnsson and @SwaziJAF, they will block my #FOIA litigation on the @wikileaks' founder, Julian #Assange, as well: it will be killed. It's unprecedented. No jurisdiction has behaved like this

vi avevo anticipato di un'azione senza precedenti delle autorità inglesi nel mio #FOIA su #WikiLeaks, in particolare su 3attuali/ex giornalisti #SarahHarrison,@khrafnsson e @SwaziJAF: ora vedo che il #Guardian ha rivelato cosa sta succedendo(inglese): theguardian.com/politics/2020/…
le autorità inglesi stanno cercando di impedirmi di appellare decisione #FOIA dopo che miei avvocati @estelledehon e @suigenerisjen e io abbiamo vinto in Tribunale contro #ScotlandYard. E' un tentativo senza precedenti
in pratica #ScotlandYard ha perso la causa in #Tribunale,prima ha invocato #sicurezzaNazionale contro mio #FOIA,poi visto che avevo soldi per combatterli in Tribunale,invocano il fatto che da italiana non ho diritto di appellare,sebbene abbia fatto già 3 appelli in UK

ecco perché io da 2 settimane insisto con questo clamoroso errore della #ColumbiaJournalismReview che parla di "incriminazione per #stupro" di Julian #Assange (inglese): cjr.org/the_profile/ju… devono correggerlo e chiedere scusa.
vi assicuro che in nessuna redazione seria del mondo verrebbe tollerato un errore tanto clamoroso in un caso di cronaca giudiziaria in cui reporter confonde un indagato,con un imputato (un indagato rinviato a giudizio) e un pregiudicato(indagato,rinviato a giudizio e condannato)
la cronaca giudiziaria può avere un devastante impatto sulla reputazione delle persone,perché rivela chi viene incriminato e condannato.E' parte vitale del giornalismo, ma deve essere fatta da persone competenti che conoscono differenza tra indagato,imputato,pregiudicato

1. Just to allow you to understand how compromised the press coverage about Julian #Assange,I invite you to read this article by @CJR: cjr.org/the_profile/ju… It does mention #RapeCharges:Even children know that there were NO rape #charges. I asked @cjr to amend it,@CJR has NOT
2. @cjr is the review of one the most respected schools of Journalism in the world: #ColumbiaJournalismSchool. Is it credible that @CJR's fact-checking failed so badly? As I said, even children know that there were NO #rapecharges.
3.The highly anomalous handling of the Swedish case revolves around this fact: #Assange was left in limbo for 10 years, with the Swedish prosecutors never charging him or dropping the case once and for all.

1.per farvi capire quanto è compromessa l'informazione sul caso Julian #Assange, vi cito questo articolo della #ColumbiaJournalismReview con un FALSO clamoroso: parla di incriminazione per #stupro quando anche i sassi sanno che NON è MAI stato incriminato cjr.org/the_profile/ju…
2.leggere che la rivista di una delle più prestigiose scuole di giornalismo al mondo, la #Columbia, scrive una FALSITA' di quella portata su un'incriminazione per stupro che NON c'è mai stata,lascia spiazzati: NON è credibile che il loro fact-checking fallisca a questi livelli
3. fu proprio l'anomalia dell'inchiesta svedese, in cui Julian #Assange è rimasto indagato per 10ANNI senza mai essere incriminato o scagionato una volta per tutte, che spinse un magistrato italiano bravissimo a dirmi: NON è normale, cerchi di scoprire perché.

per me, tutto iniziò nel 2008,quando una mia fonte smise di parlare con me,convinta che fossimo intercettati in modo illegale. A quel punto,io decisi di iniziare a proteggere le mie fonti di alto livello con la #crittografia,perché da matematica per me era normale
nel 2008,nessun giornale sapeva usare la crittografia in modo sistematico per proteggere le fonti. L'unica che sapeva farlo era #WikiLeaks,fondata appena due anni prima. Una mia fonte di alto livello nella #crittografia mi disse:"you should have a look on that bunch of lunatics"
