Congratulations #BorderRoadsOrganisation for speedy construction of a network of bridges connecting India. Privileged to have reported from Ground Zero in #Ladakh. 44 bridges inaugurated today. @PMOIndia & @rajnathsingh push to build border infrastructure very crucial #IndiaFirst
From that disastrous thinking that enemy can take advantage of own roads & bridges to this combative & strong posture of protecting own territory & taking development to border areas, @PMOIndia's decisive push to build border infrastructure will hold India in good stead in future
Kudos to Lt Gen Harpal Singh, DG Border Roads & the can do spirit of army & GREF engineers & Task Force teams. I have seen them in action on ground #Ladakh. Tearing through hard rock to carve a road requires sheer grit & determination. They truly are mountain tamers. #IndiaFirst

Caught an interesting discussion online on some Pak network on #IPL.
1. Pak players missing the excitement & MONEY
2. Pak players & fans missing the excitement.
3. One commentator said each #IPL player makes more money than entire Pak T 20 team.
4. Pak's two T20 leagues a failure
5. Pak players want to play & want Im The Dim to initiate dialogue with India.
6. Discussion also noted PM @narendramodi different & will not accept Pak on earlier terms.
7. Pak still unwilling to abandon path of support to radical Islamist terror represented by HafizSaeed & Co.
8. Pak commentators concede being out of cricket is a big loss to Pak cricket both in terms of finances, glory & as important experience.
9. Pak out of Bollywood & music is also a major loss for Pak
10. As long as Pak people remain subservient to Pak Mil Jihad complex: their loss

Govt: Amnesty UK tried to circumvent #FCRA regulations Amnesty UK remitted large amounts of money to four entities registered in India by classifying it as FDI.Significant amount of money remitted to Amnesty India without MHA approval under FCRA. Govt: malafide rerouting of money
Govt: Owing to illegal practices of #AmnestyIndia PREVIOUS GOVTS had also rejected repeated applications of Amnesty to receive funds from overseas. #Amnesty had suspended its India operations once during that period as well. BIPARTISAN & PURELY LEGAL approach by Govt, then & now.

China has built almost 400 internment camps in Xinjiang for Uighur muslims. In Xinjiang Muslims made to eat pork. Across China Muslims made to remove Mohammed from their name. Can't read their holy book. Yet a prominent Kashmiri leader claims Kashmiris would prefer the Chinese?
And that too at a time when the enemy is at the gates. What does this then say about those people who 'prefer the Chinese'?
Neither loyal to their religion nor to their country?
Lack honour & self respect?
Cut their nose to spite their face?
Cannot be trusted in difficult times?
And why is focus on one religion majority state in a secular democracy?
Why should it matter if a state is Muslim majority in a secular country?
Have seen several so called 'liberal intellectuals' harp on J&K being muslim majority in context of Article 370/35A. Should it matter?
