If the deadlines for national elections are pushed, all other deadlines can be pushed: congressional, administrative, constitutional. When you want to stretch, it works both ways...
This is an unusual Presidency where bureaucrats try to bring it down via undemocratic means for 3 years and in the 4th year they devise "mail-in voting" and claim they can "keep counting" after election day for as long "as they need." If that is not suspicious what is?
All US mail takes 3 days to get to destination. Mail-in ballots should have arrived weeks and days ahead of election day. Why are they being deployed and counted late only "where it is needed"? Are they "reservoirs" for the opposition?
There is no "we just found" these ballots after election day. There is "we had them and we are opening now". But for that to be legitimate you should have reported them before the election. The "I found them" business doesn't belong to a western liberal democracy.
BTW, Speaker #Pelosi cannot and will not decide who is the President of the United States. Separation of powers and the American people wont allow her.
