This ideology/religion, which #CriticalRaceTheory has also embraced, was an overreaction to the Nazis having manipulated & exploited German tribalism for their own evil purposes. It demonises human tribalism itself, which is madness - but with Orwellian method to it.
This demonisation of human tribalism is like demonising male sexuality for its role in rape.

The way to deal with human tribalism is NOT to demonise & suppress it, but to UNDERSTAND it. It is inherent to evolve human nature & we must learn to live with it in a civilised fashion. In fact, we must harness it for good, rather than for evil, as the Nazis did.
How do we go about doing that?
First, we have to stop demonising & suppressing it, & start talking about it. Especially academics!
