At least two (some reports of three) explosions reported at Tayaran Square.

#Iraq|i Police reporting at least three killed and 16 wounded in the reported suicide bombings.

Update report of at least 8 killed and 20 wounded in the suicide bombing attacks.

The attack was reportedly carried out by two individuals, both detonating SVESTs.

I am assuming this was carried out by ISIS.

Iraqi Security Forces have deployed along roads leading to The Green Zone, #Baghdad, #Iraq. Lots of reports are circulating with significant increases in deceased and wounded, at the moment these can not be confirmed.

Update: 13 killed and 28 wounded according to Ministry of Interior, #Iraq

The second SVEST was reportedly detonated whilst civilians tried to help those wounded from the initial first blast.

There is a video circulating (I will not share this) that appears to confirm the above tweet.

This is the first suicide bombing in #Baghdad since January 2018, that attack killed 27, it was also at Tayaran Square.
