This new policy is looking less and less impressive.

Conveniently, it doesn't apply to these multi-year contracts.

@hfxgov staff were successful with their end-run around the policy.

@WayeMason moved to defer the discussion until the in camera portion of council’s meeting on Tues.

After just a few minutes in camera, council came out and voted UNANIMOUSLY in favour of the staff recommendation.
