Maratha Reservation: Hearing commences before Constitution Bench.

Mukul Rohatgi tells court volumes of documents are being printed and it will take 2 weeks. Rohatgi asks court to fix the matter in 1st week of March to fix a date considering physical hearing might commence then.

Court says it will keep the matter after 3 -4 weeks and begin hearing then as physical hearing will start by then.

Sibal says matter has to be referred to 11- judge bench to consider the aspect of whether reservation can exceed 50 percent.

Datar says we might all have heard immunity by now.

Rohathi objects. "No no , I spoke to Delhi govt. It will take at least 3 to 4 months for 60 to 70 percent gets herd immunity as claimed"

Rohatgi also says 50 percent of eligible people are not turning up for vaccines. "Stocks are piling. Someone told to file a PIL to open up the vaccine to public at large," he says.

Court proposes to complete the hearing by March 18.
