Amazon has opposed any interference in the status quo order passed by Justice JR Midha and has prayed that parties await his interim order that is presently reserved.
Justice SS Shinde to a party in person: “Whenever you are making submission, your form is supposed to be polite. Please don’t think that if you are on VC, you can use any language or argue in any manner!”
Shinde’s statements came after the party in person respondent kept interrupting the Court while the Court was putting questions to him.
The party was seeking time to substantiate his arguments with judgments and seeking for reliefs in the petitioner’s plea.
Justice Pitale retorted: You are seeking reliefs of further investigation in the petitioner’s case for quashing of proceedings. How is that possible?

Mukul Rohatgi tells court volumes of documents are being printed and it will take 2 weeks. Rohatgi asks court to fix the matter in 1st week of March to fix a date considering physical hearing might commence then.
