By the time I arrived in court, it was already in session. Just walking in I knew something was different, still feeling stressed out from this morning’s events, now no seats.

Lord Jesus I need a hug 🫂🥺

Still sha, #ENDSARS
So from what I’ve gathered petitioners counsel, Adesina Ogunsanya has complained about that persons have been trailing his clients and names the Federal government, Lagos state government & Lekki Concession Company as perpetrators.

#ENDSARS
He further accuses him of sharing case details on social media and LG Counsel, Kayode Enitan seconds him.

Listennnnnnnn 👇🏾 #ENDSARS
Justice Okuwobi announces that the forensics report is ready. LCC counsel Seriki applies for the Lekki Toll Gate to be opened, for the purpose of insurance claim & repairing the facility. #ENDSARS
Seriki: “LCC is the only entity that has had its hand tied, despite the huge financial loss it has suffered and not been able to carry out its business since the incident took place.” LG counsel, Kayode Enitan seconds this motion. #ENDSARS
Adesina then points out the composition of the panel, 4 people are missing.

Come to think of it, where are the Youth reps? @SavvyRinu @TemiOanu

Where’s Ebun Adegboruwa, SAN and Civil Soceity representative Patience Udoh? #ENDSARS
LG Counsel Enitan calls it off as a distraction and a matter that has nothing to do with what is on ground, Seriki seconds it and adds that he didn’t have problem with the panel set up when he was laying his accusations earlier so, why now? #ENDSARS
Petitioners counsel: According to the laws of this panel, there needs to be at least one youth reps present.
Okuwobi: Under what law is that?

#ENDSARS
Adesina now asks that the application he’s sent out to summon staff of LCC from testimony given by their MD at an earlier hearing to confirm events that have happened that night be granted

#ENDSARS
He further states, there no records showing how much money they claim to be loosing and, that the Lekki Toll Gate belongs to Lagos state, therefore to the people and shouldn’t be reopened till at least the 27th of February when the military will be expected in court. #ENDSARS
The time is 12:49 and we are still on arguments about the reopening of #LekkiTollGate - bruhhhh we haven’t even started with petitions at alllllll damnnnn

#ENDSARS
Justice Okuwobi just said I’ve taken so many notes I don’t even know where to start taking down my own opinions 🤣

The back and forth this morning between LCC, LG & PETITIONER’S COUNSEL is like watching a tennis matchhhhhhhhh #ENDSARS
In the meantime here’s list of expected petitions expected to be taken on today. #ENDSARS
Justice Okuwobi is finally ready to give her ruling about the repossession of the Lekki Toll Gate. It’s a few minutes, so listen closely. #ENDSARS
Part 2 - Now watch as the Chairperson while giving her ruling, the initial four that were missing from the panel, Civil Soceity representative Patience Udo Ebun Adegboruwa, SAN, @SavvyRinu & @TemiOanu walk in to give their dissident opinions. #ENDSARS
Part 3 - GHEN GHEN, Remember when I said I felt like something was going to happen in court today, this was probably it. As SAN Ebun Adegboruwa starts to give his dissenting opinion, the rest of the panel walks out and the courtroom goes bonkers.

#ENDSARS
I’m calling part 4 O PARIIIIII - that is to say it’s alloverrrr. As soon as the rest of the panel walk out, everywhere just turned gbas gbos.

I really can’t believe this is happening right now. #ENDSARS
LCC Legal Counsel, Rotimi Fusika vehemently rejects the dissenting opinion of the opposing four!!!!!

I’m not even gonna lie, this court drama is EPIC!!! Damnnnnn #EndSARS
I really need to take time out to digest all that happened in court today before I share my opinions but damnnnn, Nigeria my country.

**Currently working on my report, I’ll be back! ✌🏾
