So from what I’ve gathered petitioners counsel, Adesina Ogunsanya has complained about that persons have been trailing his clients and names the Federal government, Lagos state government & Lekki Concession Company as perpetrators.

He further accuses him of sharing case details on social media and LG Counsel, Kayode Enitan seconds him.

Justice Okuwobi announces that the forensics report is ready. LCC counsel Seriki applies for the Lekki Toll Gate to be opened, for the purpose of insurance claim & repairing the facility. #ENDSARS

Seriki: “LCC is the only entity that has had its hand tied, despite the huge financial loss it has suffered and not been able to carry out its business since the incident took place.” LG counsel, Kayode Enitan seconds this motion. #ENDSARS

LG Counsel Enitan calls it off as a distraction and a matter that has nothing to do with what is on ground, Seriki seconds it and adds that he didn’t have problem with the panel set up when he was laying his accusations earlier so, why now? #ENDSARS

Petitioners counsel: According to the laws of this panel, there needs to be at least one youth reps present.

Adesina now asks that the application he’s sent out to summon staff of LCC from testimony given by their MD at an earlier hearing to confirm events that have happened that night be granted

He further states, there no records showing how much money they claim to be loosing and, that the Lekki Toll Gate belongs to Lagos state, therefore to the people and shouldn’t be reopened till at least the 27th of February when the military will be expected in court. #ENDSARS

Part 3 - GHEN GHEN, Remember when I said I felt like something was going to happen in court today, this was probably it. As SAN Ebun Adegboruwa starts to give his dissenting opinion, the rest of the panel walks out and the courtroom goes bonkers.
