2/3 The 7-8 offcrs and others arrested hv bn picked up frm across the country— ASSAM to Vishakhapatnam. I do not believe that this case ends at Lt Colonel rank. A few black-sheeps in the higher echelon may also b involved. This is exactly y #CBI ws brought in.
3/3 Each time MI carries out an op, they ‘ve curve balls thrown at ‘em— u see unearthing a case means that many might lose their promotions, despite ‘em not being directly involved in the case. So MI is requested/ordered to “tone down” the case.With #CBI, thats not a possibility.
My respect for Gen Naravane hs gone up by leaps and bounds. This offcr seems to be on a mission to get rid of the black sheeps and malpractices which wr till now brushed under the carpet. 
The exam scam is not the only case I am referring to. His approach is very diff— or so I hv felt as an outsider.
