If any symptoms, get tested (RT- PCR) IMMEDIATELY along with ENTIRE family.

DON'T WAIT for 2-3 days.
Labs are already backed up !

Begin wearing masks & Social Distancing EVEN INSIDE Homes.

DON'T SELF MEDICATE.

The SOONER the treatment begins, the BETTER it shall be.

Rapid Antigen Test ( RAT) is a poor substitute for RTPCR.
Preferably, get #RTPCR Test done .

RAT has a high false negative rate.

Patients can be negative initially yet HAVE COVID. Accordingly more tests are advised.

NOTE :EARLY & CORRECT diagnosis is the key .

Now #HRCT ( images that show cross sections through the heart & lungs)is the gold standard.

Was used for my husband as even RT PCR came negative initially.

However , let the doctor decide that and correlate clinically. 😇🙏

If in doubt ,take a second opinion ASAP.

WEARING A MASK CORRECTLY ACTUALLY HELPS REDUCE INTENSITY IF NOT COMPLETELY PREVENT THE VIRUS.

I am a living example of that !!

So ensure you wear the RIGHT MASK and the RIGHT WAY at ALL TIMES.
N95 are good & reasonably priced. Buy 3 and rotate. Will last atleast a month

DO NOT TOUCH mask once you wear it. Remove only once you are in a safe bubble. Loose elastics in masks are the villains.

We keep adjusting & end up touching the mask externally & thereafter fail to wash hands properly.

Double check mask in restrooms.

WASHING HANDS PROPERLY with ANY Soap ( Extensively & For 20- 30 seconds ) is the key !

Hand Sanitizers are substitute WHEN soap & water is unavailable.

Surfaces ( fomites) are LEAST CONTRIBUTING in the spread.
Touching lift button / grocery bags WILL NOT cause Covid .

Traditional Steam Inhalation helps* .
Do it twice a day .

Open your throat fully while inhaling the steam and take deep in- breaths.
That will take it into the lungs.

* (Again, differs from person to person but no harm in doing it.)

*Not a substitute for Healthy food , Quality sleep or good Immunity but many argue it helps. Factual data is available online that proves likewise.

If home quarantined , monitor #OXYGENSATURATION (SpO2 ) levels & TEMPERATURE on hourly basis .
Many with Covid have low levels of oxygen in their blood .
Anything below 95% is not good. Requires MEDICAL ATTENTION

It aims to mitigate the risk by distributing our investable surplus across different asset classes like Equity, Debt, Gold, Real Estate, MF, Cash or Alternates after Risk Profiling of the investor.

Imagine if one had invested only in Equities in 2007/ 2019 or in Real Estate at its peak in 2011 with a hefty loan with no shock absorber in place ! 🤷

* Stayed invested through all the scams & bottoms . Invested more whenever he had surplus
* He averaged up & down
* Learnt Finance by doing MFM from JBIMS. Ensured Conviction.

* Was conservative .
* Let go of many opportunities & STUCK to what he UNDERSTOOD.
( Held onto HUL & topped up when it did not budge for a decade) -
Result ? A loan free property.

Dad told me about how his just retired friend's 25 year old insisted on liquidating F.D's worth a sizeable amt ( kept for EMERGENCY ) today as the son KNEW he could EARN SO MUCH MORE from markets in JUST a month ! 🤦

2020 was exceptional !!
A brutal crash followed by an unimaginable run due to liquidity.

NO. IT DOESN'T MAKE YOU TALENTED IF YOU HAVE MADE 50%+ RETURNS THIS YEAR.

Even a GROUNDED AIRLINE scrip is flying. That doesn't make you an expert.
IT JUST MAKES YOU LUCKY! 🤷

An experienced person with a modest risk appetite would be happy with 12-15% CAGR over a long term.

Most get caught at higher ends. ( Few accept it )
Only a HANDFUL enter at bottom ( Mostly Newbies).

You never know WHEN YOU too might get caught at the higher end!
