#NeverForget The "Tea Party" was an astroturf movement promoted by Fox News and the Koch Brothers to channel racist anger at Obama's election under the cover of concern about the debt. It succeeded by brainwashing tens of millions of people & helped the GOP win the 2010 midterms.
When Trump arrived, the "Tea Party" caucus pulled off their masks and revealed their sick, stupid, racist core. As Trump ran up the debt by $8T, screwing workers in the process, the Tea Party mutated into the Proud Boys, #Qanon and the "America First" caucus.
While still clinging to "The Party of Lincoln" mantle, today's racist @GOP is really the Party of Gaetz, Jordan, Boebert & MTG. Their only hope for success in the midterms is #votersuppression & the same kinds of lies and propaganda that worked in 2010. We can't let that happen.

In 2017 Matt Gaetz was the ONLY "no" vote on anti-human trafficking bill. He later claimed to have "adopted" a young boy from Cuba, but without filling out any legal paperwork. He still calls the boy, Nestor, his "son." How is this guy in Congress? Are @MyFLFamilies OK with this?
Before he "adopted" 12 year-old Nestor, Matt Gaetz, at a retreat paid for by the Florida GOP, became drunk and unruly, and tried to bribe a hotel clerk to give him the key to the room of Rep. Jose Oliva late at night because he was desperate for a "cigar.” miamiherald.com/news/politics-…

Trump is a psychopathic criminal cult leader in league with foreign powers and money lenders, backed by a corrupt, compromised party and a propaganda media network. If unstopped, he will criminalize dissent and embrace authoritarianism.
Here's a thread laying it all out: (1/9)
To truly understand Trump and the danger he represents, we need to first diagnose his psychiatric condition. He's not just a narcissist. As @DutytoInform explains, he's a psychopath: thedailyedge.substack.com/p/diagnosis-ps… (2/9)
Trump is also, undoubtedly, a criminal. Setting aside Mueller and impeachment, here's a list of 10 known crimes--from sexual assault to racial discrimination to tax fraud to money laundering--that we know he committed even BEFORE he became President: thedailyedge.substack.com/p/the-crimes-o… (3/9)
