Sanatan Hindu Dharma- Real pursuit of happiness...!!!!
These days we hear lot of people saying that we should protect our Hindu Dharma, we should protect our traditions, we should protect scriptures and many more..!

arises what knowledge do we have about our Dharma,our traditions and our scriptures?In my view if we want to protect our Dharma then we should have basic knowledge about our Dharma,traditions etc. Because if we become knowledgeable about above things then and then only we will

be having real respect about our Dharma. In this series of threads I will try to explain the basics of Hindu Dharma,our traditions,our scriptures etc. according to best of my knowledge. If readers find anything wrong in my writings then feel free to correct me.Before we begin

we will first see some things in our daily life.
Now a days we see lot of people rushing every second of time giving their sweat and blood for their work, job, business and many more things. Every man or woman on the planet is tirelessly doing his or her job.I want to ask you

why people are doing these things? Why they work for hours? Why people are giving so much physical and mental stress to themselves?
The answer to all above questions is that people are doing these things for having happiness in their life.Every step a person takes from waking

up in the morning to sleeping at night is to become happy.All they want in their life is happiness and peacefulness. It is bit contradictory that people are working for having happiness by giving unlimited stress to themselves.But things go in this manner only.

So, one thing is very clear that people want happiness and peace in their life. Now again question arises what kind of happiness they want? In my view people want unending happiness and peace. So how someone can get happiness? I know many will give various types of answers to

this question like one can get happiness from music,food or travelling or shopping. One can get happiness by buying house,cars,mobiles etc. One can get happiness by reaching out to the people.
The above question can have millions of answers.Because the definition of happiness

changes from person to person. For example one gets happy by having lot of kinds of food. On the other hand for someone eating lot of food can be excruciating. So we can say that it can happen that one person's pleasure might cause sore to others. So people get pleasure by

various things. Now point to think here is if one thing is making a man or woman happy then he or she shouldn't be sad after getting that thing. But this does not happens. Illustrating further a man feels joyful by eating icecream, so as long as he is having icecream he will

enjoy it. But as it ends then the happiness about it finishes. So this pleasure is not continuous it ends sometime.
As pleasure from these things is not permanent dejection comes after losing them. As sorrow comes, people again start to find happiness in other things and this

and this cycle continues.
So how can one end this continues cycle of joy and sorrow, and have continues happiness and peace?
The only answer to this question is Sanatan Hindu Dharma. You will ask how can Hindu Dharma give a person unlimited happiness?
