I did some sleuthing.

Seems our premier is responding to a scathing letter from a previously jailed pastor.

This letter was written and posted May 24, 2021.

Two days ago. A day before this reopening plan was concocted by Kenney.

I watched Kenney’s speech live. He made reference to two groups of voters in his decision making. Church goers and Business owners.

Certainly there is some overlap.

If you hesitate in believing Kenney is responding to these two special interest groups, you can stop wondering.

It’s abundantly clear with the immediate response to this letter that the premier is responding to the pressure from the Liberty Coalition whose membership is primarily extreme evangelical Christians and the restaurant industry.

Coincidentally Drew Barnes was a member until Kenney forbade Barnes and Aheer step away from openly supporting this national lobby group seeking to remove all covid restrictions.

And once again, I accurately predicted Kenney’s so called danger of being ousted was a ruse.

Kenney was never in any danger of being removed as premier. He was never in disagreement with the Liberty Coalition’s agenda. But for political purposes he performed political theatre to make it seem so. The far right Dominionist Christian community is his voter base.

When is the public going to recognize Kenney is a representative of this community, not its antagonizer?

He champions their agenda. He does not seek to block the declaration of Dominionist’s freedom from the secular rule of law. He supports and nurtures it with govt policy.

The UCP is the Dominionist Christian community.

This is who is in charge of Alberta.

Every political pundit ignoring this telling you Kenney is in trouble with his base got it 100% wrong.

Kenney just orchestrated a consolidation of power.

He just gave the Dominionist community exactly what they’ve been demanding. With a smile on his face and a whole lot of gaslighting.

If you believed his political drama, you’ve just been had.

Kenney and UCP are dangerous zealots. Albertans lives mean nothing to this govt.

All that matters to UCP is the Dominionist agenda.

Installation of radical libertarianism bypassing the rule of law, capitalist profiteering by Evangelical property owners, the establishment of god’s kingdom on earth (in Alberta and ultimately Canada) & removal of dissent.
