#SupremeCourt to hear a plea shortly seeking directions to include"health" as a subject exclusively in central list and exclude it from state list

Plea also seeks directions to set up a National Health Commission for India

The petitioner has stated that during COVID19 second wave, national and state leaders have failed to meet even the basic needs of citizens, such as Oxygen.
