He exemplifies it by pointing to immediate listing of #ArnabGoswami's petition.
The Advocate has pointed out that there is no redressal of grievance(s) against the Registry of #supremecourtofindia which listed #ArnabGoswami's petition, filed on 8 PM yesterday & listed it on 24.04.2020 by ignoring the earlier list of pending matters.

1/n This is retd Supreme Court judge talking. For ordinary citizens they need proof. For them, a mere feeling or perception is sufficient
“We FELT cji was being controlled from outside”
“was allocating cases to JUDGES with political BIAS”- Kurian Joseph
#supremecourtofindia
2/n “judges with political bias” is a serious charge, and that too about Supreme Court judges. Sir, u were quiet abt it till it affected cases assigned to u. Thought abt what happened to all those lesser mortals who got judgements from these so called judges with bias?
3/n sir, you mention “several instances of external influence on working of Supreme Court” . Why not name them, get an FIR filed and get investigation done? Isn’t that what is expected from us the citizens? Else wouldn’t it any to just shoot and scoot?
