#NCERT #SyllabusRevision My submission.

3. Make the kids aware of the eminent men and women.
4. Bring them and give them exposition into the world of how our ancestors worked in unison with the environment, how all the creatures / animals were taken care of.
5. Expose them to Ramayanana and Mahabharata. What those mean to us in our way of working.
6. Have chapters on people who made a valiant contribution to India: the Ahoms, Pandavas, Cheras, Cholas.
7. Contribution of Lady Warriors - such as Devi Ahilyabai Holkar, the various warrior women from Karnataka, Andhra, Maharashtra. Inculcate in the boys the glorious traditions as to how women were very much treated like men. Talk about their accomplishments.

11.How Britishers fooled us, hoodwinked us and looted us.
12. Underplay the role and 'glory' of Mughals - make them understand if Indians don't stand as ONE, we will be ruled by invaders from all over the World. Make kids realize the dangers of being divided.
13.Talk about the horrors done by each of the mughal king - of Tipu Sultan, of Aurangazeb, of Akbar, and each of them. Downplay Taj Mahal - talk the truth as to how Shajahan maimed all the artistes who created Taj Mahal.
14. If in US textbooks, they can talk about how Whites - inflicted damages upon Blacks, imposed slavery - in a frank manner, we also should talk about desecration, loot and plunder of Indian Temples and other places of historical interest. Message should be united we stand.
15. While at it, have a chapter on what is a Mandir or a Kovil. Talk about the positive vibrations that a Kovil generates because of the science behind it.
16. Talk about Ujjain being the Greenwich of the time long gone past.
Multi-pronged idea is to give a consistent message of being united, of instilling pride in our Bharatha, in the ancient wisdom.

IT'S ALL IN THE COFFEE!!

Some lovely thoughts for all you morning ☕ and 🍵 lovers 💗.

A young couple had neighbours who were senior citizens, the husband around 80 years old & the wife about 5 years younger.
The young couple were very fond of the elderly couple & made it a point to visit them & have coffee with them every Sunday.
They observed that the old man would always ask the old lady to make coffee & the old lady would bring the coffee bottle to her husband to be opened, every time.

State of Siege: Temple Attack on Zee 5. Brilliantly made movie After a long time, saw a movie. To me, it recounted the horror tale of the terrorist attack on Akshardham Temple in Gandhinagar. Absolutely gripping movie. @ZEE5India Kudos. Thanks @sssingh21 for the recommendation. Image
To jerks @moviesndtv it is a "unmitigated tedium" because @ndtv have sold their souls to Pakistan. And the review by @htTweets is worse than their toilet paper. @scroll_in - Buzz off. We don't need you.

#Thread on #NewIndia and the deviousness of the MSM in not reporting good developments.

We all know about how Railways went around converting all the toilet into bio-toilets. Not a very sexy topic but an important topic as how Railways contribute to #SwachhBharat
In the above photo, respected Dr Sekhar Krishnamurthy is standing before the train. He is from DRDO and what is he doing here. This is a perfect example of cross pollination of #competencies
His worked in the Defence Establishment to develop clean toilets for our forces at borders at thousands of Metres altitude. He also developed these toilets, now installed in all the trains 🚞 2.59 lakhs total

#Thread : Presenting a compendium of the financial scandals that were committed during Congress regimes at the center. Starting from 1948. Yes, 1948. This is a Hi-Res image that can be downloaded and zoomed in.
It is said, those who forget history are condemned to repeat it. The Indians, who feel for the country, need to revisit the past, to understand from where India was and where she is today.
And in the bargain, how India lost in monetary terms over the decades. When we have had people whose first question was, "What's in it for me", we know India is at the loosing end. That's how India lost its moorings, its path and became wayward.

A Professor started his class on a very serious Topic. The moment he turned towards the blackboard, one of the students whistled. He turned, looked at the class and asked the Whistler's name. No one answered.
The Professor peacefully kept the Pen in his pocket saying: "Lecture ends here. I'll tell you a story to utilise the remaining time".

Everyone became interested.
"Yesterday night I tried hard to sleep, but it was miles away from my eyes, so I thought I'd better get petrol in my car, which will save my time next morning and might induce sleep.

Once I was in a domestic flight in India and as I remember a one hop flight - either to or from Chennai. The crew on board were distributing meals on board. As I opt for special meals, got served first. But the pack did not have the cutlery. Eating by hand wasn't an option.
So I notified the Air Hostess about this. She said she will give. But forgot all about it. Then they started collecting the packs and the Lady who came to collect the waste, saw mine and asked, "what happened?". I told that am waiting for the cutlery. She profusely apologized
She then offered me an option. Either she will take this pack, reheat and then serve or give a fresh pack in the 2nd half of the flight. I opted for the latter. This was another crew member who was attending to.
