Former Mumbai cop #SachinWaze has approached Special NIA Court, Mumbai for default bail in the #antiliacase concerning the explosives-loaded SUV found outside billionaire businessman Mukesh Ambani's residence.

Waze sought for bail on the ground that the NIA has failed to file chargesheet in the case, which also includes #UAPA sections, despite lapse of 90 days of his arrest
