#Taliban released felicitation message of the group's leader, Hibatullah Akhundzada (HA) on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha. The message, with no new topic, include comments about different aspects of Afghanistan's conflict incl. remarks on war, peace& future regime in the country.

"We are celebrating this Eid at a time when majority of US&other foreign forces have evacuated our country& the remaining are following suit, numerous districts have attained comprehensive security&the Mujahideen have become stronger, better organized, well-equipped&more robust."

"In spite of the military gains and advances, the IEA favors a political settlement in the country.
We have opened a #Political_Office for ease of negotiations& are committed to finding a resolution through talks, but unfortunately, the opposition parties are still wasting time."

"We seek good&strong diplomatic, economic&political relations in the framework of reciprocal interaction&mutual agreements with all world countries incl. US following the withdrawal of all foreign forces&consider such beneficial for all sides," Eid message of the TB leader reads.

"We assure all foreign diplomats, embassies, consulates, humanitarian organizations& investors that they will not face any problems from our (TB) side, rather we will exert all efforts for their protection&security. Their presence is a need of our country that cannot be ignored."

"Our instruction to the TB is to place special focus on religious&scientific programs in areas under the control of IEA, to keep madrasas, schools& universities functional, to respect teachers of modern sciences, university lecturers&learnt individuals, along religious scholars."

"Providing health services within the available resources is also the duty of the IEA for which the Health Commission has been assigned. Our instruction to them is to keep all clinics&health centers operational in all possible localities specifically n the newly liberated areas."

"With regards to rights of citizens, the #IEA is committed to granting all compatriots their rights. Additionally, the Islamic Emirate will pay particular attention to& strive to create an appropriate environment for #female_education within the framework of sublime Islamic law."

"The IEA is committed to #freedom_of_speech within the limits of Shariah& national interests. Journalists should continue their activities while keeping in mind these two important factors& adhering to the principles of journalism," #Taliban's supreme leader said in his message.

"Maintenance& care for public treasury needs attention from us all, especially newly seized weaponry, military gear, equipment, government buildings& national assets is a public trust. No one has the right to damage, move outside the country, waste or take it without permission."
