Why would #Pak bring in religion into #Cricket? Whether it is '#SheedaTalli' @ShkhRasheed or #MushtaqMohd,Pak cricket captain who in a cricket series after close to 2 decades called Pak victory over #India victory of Muslims over Hindus: coincidence, happenstance or enemy action?
Is @ShkhRasheed a lone looney linking #Pakistan cricket team victory to #Islam? Is it only #MushtaqMohd who called #Pakistan cricket team victory in 1978 victory of #Muslims over #Hindus. Another gem from another Pak cricketer about namaz offered on ground. Know their mindset

#TalibanKhan, #Pakistan PM & former cricketer @ImranKhanPTI did not think of cricket with India as a sporting match anyways. Amb G Parthasarthy, fmr HC to Pak says Imran considers a match with India as JIHAD.‘I do not regard it as a game. I think of Kashmir & regard it as jihad’.

We didn't know better then. As we celebrated cricket, Gen @P_Musharraf launched #Pak Army into #Kargil. Dec 18, 1999 Capt Nadeem & L/NK Laikjaan & others were sent on reconnaissance patrols. We gave Pak cricketers a standing ovation, Pak Army firmed up defences on Kargil heights
530 Indian families lost a son, a brother, a husband, a soldier in the #Kargil war. In the months preceding Kargil, #Lahore bus journey was hailed as a game changer that would herald an era of peace. Pak sent one team to Chepauk, another with Assault rifles & Arty guns to Kargil.

#Amnestyinternational has had a rather dubious role in #India. It's funding & activities have been repeatedly questioned by both UPA & NDA governments. Former PM Manmohan Singh had red flagged the NGO during #KudanKulam nuke plant issue. In fact in Feb 2014 UPA froze it's funding
In 2009 #Amnestyinternational had #FCRA issues. Even under NDA rule Amnesty funding remained rather opaque. @dir_ed probed dubious fund flow pattern. RBI put Amnesty in prior permission category due to suspect funds flow, acc to the #Govt. Even during UPA funding was suspect: BJP
MHA had #Amnestyinternational funding looked into & concluded that Human Rights cannot be an excuse for defying the law of the land.MHA said in order to circumvent the FCRA regulations Amnesty UK remitted large amounts of money to 4 entities registered in India classifying it FDI

Approx 18 Crore vaccinated in India. 3rd highest after USA (26 crore) & China's claimed numbers: Dr VK Paul. India's vaccination pace fastest claims Dr Paul. Requests pls ``take pride'' in this achievement & laud the doctors & nurses who achieved it. Calls it national achievement
Centre continues to procure for states for 45+. Dr Paul says even this narrative important. 45+ (single doze): one third of 34 crore have got it. Process started 4 months ago & made in India vaccine achieved it. 88% deaths were in this category. 50% got 2nd dose. Work in progress
35.6 crore dozes procured
6 crore under PM cares.
GAVI: 1 crore used.
PHASE II: 12 crore
10 crore Covishield
2 crore: Covaxin
PHASE III: 16 crore doze
11: Covishield
5 crore: Covaxin (in process)

Pakistan's troubles will only increase as their economy collapses. China will extract its pound of flesh. Pakistan's aim is to establish a proxy in Afghanistan. This sham of peace gesture is only to concentrate on that border. Pak wants strategic depth again. #Balakot exposed Pak
Pakistan will peddle peace tamasha till it is sorted out on other fronts. If it can withstand US pressure on Afghanistan (despite US losing so many soldiers, Pakistan continues to support Haqqani Network, Taliban Quetta Shura) it won't sort out #HafizSaeed #MasoodAzhar #LeT #JeM.

Stunning allegation!!! Former Mumbai police commissioner Parambir Singh shoots off a letter to CM @OfficeofUT. Alleges #SachinVaze collected money for Anil Deshmukh. Tasked to collect Rs 100 Cr per month. Breaking on @IndiaToday. Does #ParambirSingh a serving top cop have proof?
@IndiaToday's @mustafashk accesses #ParambirSingh's letter. It has a virtual guidebook for collection of 100 crore a month. 1750 bars, restaurants and other establishments in Mumbai. Collect Rs 2 to 3 lakh from each. Rs 40 to 50 crore monthly achievable. Top focus @IndiaToday

#Pakistan targeted India with impunity because Indian leadership was told they are a nuclear weapon state India cannot respond. A strong pro Pak lobby played the Pak game of dialogue despite terror for peace in the sub continent. Uninterrupted & uninterruptible dialogue tamasha.
So even after 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks India did not hit back, resulting in more terror attacks. ISI tested PM @narendramodi's resolve too. Terror attacks on our consulate in Afghanistan & strikes at Pathankot, Gurdaspur... Uri & Pulwama resulted in #Surgicalstrikes & #Balakot
